Job Description

Facility team leader is responsible for looking after our facility in our main office, responsible for all the facility needs, looking after the security, cleaning and canteen facility, ensuring all the utility & maintenance needs of the building. The position holder needs to closely work with Project, HR, Warehouse, Fleet, and all office teams to ensure the core business needs are fulfilled.

The Facility Team Leader is responsible to manage facility teams and manage budget, people, and resources.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Facility

  • Developing WoW, processes for security staff and operation, access control, authorized entry, proper documented issuing/ delivery process.

  • Managing security personnel, ensuring the availability of enough

  • Managing the cleaning schedule, standards for the whole office & warehouse facility.

  • Developing standards, KPIs, follow up checks and internal customer feedback mechanisms on ensuring compliance.

  • Managing the canteen operation, timely, standard, quality service to our employees.

  • Ensuring the day-to-day functionality and any facility needs on existing building.

  • Following up on the operation of utilities, settlement of bills and improvement on availability.

  • Work closely with project team to improve, maintain, renovate the office space and whole compound.

Financial processes

  • Manage OT, work on efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Asking and receiving monthly petty cash, managing, and controlling it

Reporting

  • Overtime reporting

  • Incident reports and risk factor analysis

  • Security Schedule & Report

  • Cleaning Schedule & House Keeping update.

Experience & skills required.

Education:

  • BA degree in logistics/ Supply chain management/ Engineering (or equivalent)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Facility supervisor, Engineer & Administration roles in FMCG sector, with 3 years managerial experiences.
