On behalf of Heineken Breweries S.C., The Talent Firm is recruiting for ‘Warehouse and Transport Coordinator’ Position.  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating the finished goods warehouse or RPM crew (daily laborers and FLT drivers), depending on the area of assignment on daily tasks

• Check for damages/shortages stock levels and prepare reports timely and be responsible for any shortage which was not justified.

• Ensure stock accuracy by capturing all stock movements on the company ERP system OTIF

• Make sure that the materials, finished product or RPM, have appropriate bin card and data’s are recorded timely

• Manage the transport of products to the branches depots on time in full and quality

• Manage the transport of empties from depots to the brewery

• Ensure the fleet is managed effectively

• Control and follow-up expenses linked to transport

• Must be able to work flexible hours; days, afternoons, midnights, overtime, and weekends as necessary

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing Management, or Logistics and supply chain

Experience: 

• 2-5 years of experience in FMCG and related factory, warehousing, or distribution area

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures, fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), and shall have basic computer skills. Awareness of Food Safety and ERP knowledge is an advantage
