Abay Bank S.C. invites interested and qualified applicants to fill the Customer Service Officers (CSO) – II position for Branches under Dire Dawa district.

Job requirements

Required Education and Experience: Minimum BA degree in Accounting or Business Management or Management or Banking and Finance or Economics and/or related Departments with zero years of experience.

• Only Graduates of 2020, 2021 and 2022.

• CGPA – For Female: 2.75 and above

– For Male: 3.0 and above

• Age – Below 30 years

The CSO attends customer inquiries, handles payments and collections, works on deposit mobilization and search for potential customers, checks, signs and counter-signs on tickets, ensures that correct receipts and advices are issued to customers for all transactions, balances daily cash transaction and prepares daily cash position.
