• Reconciling material requests with MRP (Material Resource Plan).

• Verifies accuracy and conformance with the company’s purchasing policies and procedures.

• Collecting Performa for approved PR (Purchase Request) for actual purchase,

• Collecting Performa for tender, market survey analysis other related works

• Checking store balance before the procurement process

• Preparation of Price Analysis

• Identifies and maintains a list of eligible suppliers and selects suppliers to procure requisitioned materials, meeting criteria such as price, quality, quantity, delivery dates, and orders.

• Assures procurements are made in accordance with the material procurement plan.

• Confirms materials dispatched are delivered to projects accordingly.

• Responsible for confirming all orders and their subsequent delivery.

• Identifies transportation requirements for the materials to be transported.

• Control the loading and unloading activities of materials.

Job Requirements

        Qualification:- BA Degree or Diploma in Logistics & Supply  Chain Management or related field.

        Work Experience:- 2-5 Years or above-related work experience.
