Title: Program Manager

The Program Manager will have the responsibility of defining, managing and executing cross-functional programs in coordination with key stakeholders in the organization, as well as ensuring the overall success of the program. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple project demands simultaneously. He/She should be able to take the required steps to minimize risks and ensure program success and deliver preparedness through good governance. The individual must exhibit great leadership qualities in motivating and managing a team to meet program objectives and possess exceptional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define program objectives, goals, and deliverables that align with the company’s strategic vision

• Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, and timelines, while ensuring alignment with overall company targets

• Identify and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and resourcing needs

• Facilitate cross-functional communication, collaboration, and alignment to ensure program success

• Monitor program progress, report on status, and provide recommendations to senior leadership

• Manage program budget, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds targets

• Develop and manage program governance, including setting up program structure, processes, and tools

• Support program implementation, change management, and process improvements

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and company policies

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field

• At least 5 years of experience as a program manager, with experience in managing complex programs

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in program management tools, methodologies, and frameworks

• Experience in driving change management and process improvement initiatives

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
