Job Description
The Recovery Officer is responsible for the collection of debts prior to legal recovery proceedings commencing, negotiating payments/payment arrangements, handling debtor enquiries and provides administrative assistance to the team.
Position: Senior Salvage and Recovery Handling Officer

Job Requirements:
• Education: BA/BSc Degree in Banking & Insurance or Management or Accounting & Finance or Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or Automotive or Law or in related or Diploma (Level IV) in Automotive or Law or in related fields
• Experience: 4 years relevant experience, of which 2 years as Salvage & Recovery Handling Officer II or Claims Officer II or Underwriting Officer II or in a similar position 7 years and above relevant experience, of which 4 years as Salvage & Recovery Handling Officer II or Claims Officer II or Underwriting Officer II or in a similar position
