• Collaborates with project manager, designer, and other professionals to develop project plans

• Manage resources effectively.

• Oversees the provision of materials, equipment, and labor, ensuring that they align with project specifications and budget constraints

• oversees the construction process.

• supervises construction crews, monitors progress, and ensure that work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

• resolves any issues or conflicts that arise, conduct regular inspections, and implement quality control measures

• tracks expense, analyzes cost variations, and implement cost-saving measures when possible.

• creates and manages cascaded project schedules, identifying critical paths and milestones to ensure timely completion.

• assesses potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

• identifies safety hazards, implement safety protocols, and promote a safe working environment.

• anticipate and address any technical or logistical challenges that may arise during construction

• facilitates effective communication, provides updates on project progress, and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies that may arise.

Job Requirements

Education

• BSc degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology or related field of study

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in building construction projects

Knowledge, Ability and Skills
