Job Description
Collect and compile relevant data to Develop comprehensive rewards programs that are competitive and cost effective for the bank
Qualifications: BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration or any other related fields
Experience: Three /3 years of relevant Banking experience of which one/1 years on officer position
Participate in the development the reward, recognition, incentive, and benefit package of the bank
Provide overall expertise in all aspects of reward and employee service to sustain a highperformance work culture which attracts and engages necessary talent;
Provide employee benefits programs such as insurance, leaves, safety, health working conditions and other employee services and keep records safe;
Collect and compile relevant data to develop comprehensive rewards programs that are competitive and cost-effective for the bank.
Handles payments, benefits and various requests of employees
Mentor and enable staffs below his/her grades towards achieving their effective performance;
Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget, performance report of the division
