Job Description
Identifying and driving new business opportunities and achieving overall sales and revenue goals within a defined business line.
Objectifying new customer acquisitions.
Duties & responsibilities:
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments both internal and with respect to clients.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Planning and organizing system demos.
Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Training, mentoring, and supporting teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
Communicating project milestones, progress, risks, SLAs with clients.
Providing first level support for technical issues with clients during and after integration.
Ensuring all projects are completed on time

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Computer Science, Project Management or Engineering
2+ years of experience as a project manager, scrum master or in a similar role.
Leadership and management experience.
Certified scrum master is a plus
2+ years working in an IT organization
Professional Certification in Project Management is a plus
KNOWLEGDE, SKILLS, ATTITUDE
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be available to work from our Addis Ababa Office
