The Graduate Management Trainee will undergo a comprehensive training program that will equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective leaders within the organization. The job holder will be expected to have proficiency in Microsoft Office, some ability in speaking Chinese and  Knowledge of Oromiffa is a plus. For Junior Health and Safety officer he will directly join Compliance team

Key Responsibilities:
– Participate in a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of the organization’s operations.
– Work closely with various departments to gain a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
– Assist in the implementation of various projects and initiatives.
– Prepare reports and presentations for management.
– Perform other related duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and supply chain management, Procurement, Law, Nursing, Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Chinese Language or related fields. For Junior Health and Safety officer BSc in Occupational Health and Safety.

– Only graduates of 2014 and 2015 E.C
– Some ability in speaking Chinese and Oromiffa is a plus.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
