Duties & Responsibilities:

• Arrange appropriate reinsurance program in consultation with the Executive Officer, Underwriting Department before underwriting a particular risk;

•  Underwrites facultative business in accordance with the Company’s rules and guidelines within authorized limits;

• Propose maximum amount of risk to be retained by the Company either on treaty or facultative reinsurance or co-insurance basis;

• Compute premium adjustment and profit commission figures at year ends and transmit same (after approval) to Finance Department for the necessary action;

Job Requirement

• Education:  BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or related fields.

• Experience :Five years proven & relevant post qualification insurance experience out of which two years in Reinsurance Officer position.

Knowledge and Skill

• Excellent communication skill and Personality.
  Written & spoken English language proficiency.

• Excellent computer skill.
