They manage and plan research and development activities of an organisation, specify goals and budget requirements and manage the staff.

• Educational Qualification: BA in Economics

• Work Experience: 3 years as Research & Development Officer II or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience in the banking  industry OR 2 years as Senior Research & Development Officer or equivalent or 7 years relevant experience
