•      Review all payable invoices for appropriate supporting documents and approval prior to payment

•      Execute payroll processing, recording and reconciliation

•      Perform petty cash establishment and replenishment processes

•      Effect tax payment

•      Reconcile advances, loans and prepayment accounts  

•       Ensure the processing and recording of all credit and cash sales through ERP system and VAT machine

•       Recording and follow-up of payments from customers

•       Reconciliation of VAT balance between VAT machine, Manual Invoices and ERP

•       Follow customers credit limit and deposits

•       Ensure proper filling of AR related documents

•       Computation of imported items value for tax purpose and IFRS reporting

•       Stock and Goods in Transit accounting 

•       Periodic stock count and reconciliation and report the results on timely manner

•       Fixed asset count reconciliation against the register

•       Prepare process costing and closing journal 

•       Prepare price adjustment journal 

•       Accrual’s accounting 

•       Other GL accounts reconciliation

Job Requirements

BA Degree in Accounting and Finance

Experience: - 3+ Years of relevant work experience

Professional Skills:

•       Analytical skill 

•       IT skill (ERP system, Microsoft Excel, Email….)

•       Customer handling skill

• Communication skill

• The ability to work well under pressure

• Managerial skill
