 1. Analyze the market quality and price of the company's raw materials.

2. Look for potential suppliers and subcontractors of materials and services; and conduct inspections and capability audit assessments.                                                             

   3. Ask for quotations, negotiate, and have the ability to make estimates and make comparisons.                                                                                                                         

  4. Check the subcontractor's ability to provide resources and monitor the progress of resource certification.                                                                                                                   

 5, Evaluate the subcontractor's price, quality, capability, EHS, etc.
