Job Description
Overview:
Provide technical support for a range of functions for different projects.
To identifying customer issues, solving and giving feedback.
Duties & responsibilities:
Proactively engage with IT teams on a variety of projects.
Maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal employees and external Customers.
Work with colleagues in the IT team and provide high-quality Project support.
Communicate accurately and diplomatically with internal and external colleagues and collaborators via email, Telegram, and phone call.
Provide timely information and updates on arrangements to the team and external collaborators.
Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post that could be reasonably required.
Preparing and documenting recursively requested issues.
Tracking project support requests and ensuring that they are solved.
Preparing and presenting status reports to the General Manager and project manager.
Providing first-level support for issues raised by clients via telegram, phone call, and email.
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science
