Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification:  Diploma or TVET 10+3 or Level IV & COC Award in Banking or Finance or Accounting

• Work Experience:  No prior experience is required (shall sit for a competency test)

• Year of graduation: Graduates of 2021 (Tahsas 23, 2013) and 2022 (Tahsas 23, 2014 E.C) and Recent.

•   For positions no. 10 & 11, applicants should only submit credentials according to the following registration scheduleth grade certificate and Kebele Identity Card up on application

Additional job requirements & key competencies

Work experience in business development, sales, and structuring and negotiating business deals will be equivalent.

Ability to take ownership of high profile relationships, effectively listens to customers’ issues, and deal with difficult problem solving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
