Job Description
Junior Customer Service Officer Respond to customer inquiries and resolve. Maintain customer database and update periodically. Assist customers in depositing and withdrawing cash. Refer complex issues to the management.
Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Economics, Banking & Finance
Work Experience: No prior experience is required (shall sit for a competency test
Year of graduation: Graduates of 2022 or Tahsas 23, 2014 E.C and Recent.
CGPA: 2.75 and above
Age: Below 26 years of age and must be able to bring 8th grade certificate and Kebele Identity Card up on application
Additional job requirements & key competencies
Work experience in business development, sales, and structuring and negotiating business deals will be equivalent.
Ability to take ownership of high profile relationships, effectively listens to customers’ issues, and deal with difficult problem solving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
