• Make sure all incoming and outgoing spares are correctly proceeded.

• Prepare goods receiving vouchers for all incoming spares.

• Prepare store issue voucher for all outgoing spares.

• Report SIV/SRV on weekly bases to Finance

• Prepare stock card.

• Prepare store return voucher for all returning spares.

• Make sure all outgoing spares are approved with SYMBO.

• Make sure physical count reconcile with Stock card.

• Control all outgoing and incoming spares if they are registered. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting. 

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of relevant work

• Understanding of supply chain procedures (Order to Payment)

• Computer skills (SIMBO software. Outlook email and Microsoft Excel)
