Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• University Certification in Graphic design or similar field of studies

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years work experience with attractive portfolio

Job Responsibility

• Design - Generate, edit, publish and share engaging designs based on our schedule.

• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g.  Timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

• Design artistic art works.

• Follow and update.

• Web elements and contents design

Skills and Competency 

• Excellent copywriting skills

• Fast learner, Disciplined, and very good time management skill

• Ability to deliver creative content (images, and simple videos)

• Knowledge of online marketing channels and their use.

•  Basics of web design is a plus.

Language

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Amharic,
