Job Description
Good computer application skills.
Fluency in writing, reading and speaking both English and Amharic language
Strong oral and written communication skill.
Attend and taking minutes at board meetings.
Timely delivery of the necessary documents for board meetings.
Excellent working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems (Telephone, fax, e-mail and internet)
Excellent working knowledge and demonstrated ability of computer software (MS Office) and experience with document management
Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
High level of service-orientation
Discretion, loyalty and integrity
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Facilitate office facilities (stationery and other supplies) of the office.
Organize/arrange executive or senior management meetings
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Sec. Science
Skills
Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
Organizational skills and detail oriented. ·
Ability to work under pressure
