Job Description
The IT Support Engineer is responsible for delivering application and technical support to end users. They are responsible for resolving support requests and service tickets. Another part of their job is to identify, diagnose and rectify any issues with computer hardware, software, services, and applications.
Job Requirement
Qualification: B.SC Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Information Communication Technology, Electrical Engineering, Management Information System or related discipline.
Experience:Minimum 3 (three) years hands-on experiences in ICT Support Service in similar business set up.
Certification Requirements: DELL-EMC and/or IBM, HP, Oracle, and other Vendor (International) Certification
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
