• Follow and administrate properly the time and temperature of inlet and outlet according to the types of products.

• Ensure the quality and hygiene of milk before starting and the amount of milk needed to process according to the type of products incl. space of the bulk tankers and buffer tankers.

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on the assigned machine and taking responsible about machine as well as inform any problem of machine to Technical Department

• Cleaning the machine and work area by using necessarily type and amount of detergent and appropriate temperature before starting production and at the end of every shift.

• Produce according to production plan.

• Minimize switchover time between different products and shift.

• Minimize waste of product

Job Requirements

• More than 1-year experience

• Good communication skill

• Energetic and passionate to learn more.
