Job Description

REALITY REAL ESTATE is a construction and real estate company striving to contribute significantly to the real Estate sector of Ethiopia. Now we are looking for competent professionals to assign immediately on our vacant position.

The Liaison Officer is responsible to for, collecting and distributing letters for 

external correspondence, settlement of the company’s renewal of licenses , 

insurance , customs clearance and clearing goods in transit and facilitating 

passport and visa processing, managing vehicle inspection, settlements of utility 

expenses, rental services, project issues. He/she purchases goods and services, 

follows up the settlement of utilities, rental and other associated payments for 

GIFT’s offices and facilities

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Acts as contact points for all agency or organizational personnel regarding construction project issues;

  • Communicates with concerned government organizations for securing license renewal, visa, passport, work permits, etc.;

  • Negotiates with concerned government and non-government organizations and facilitates communications fostering relationships, builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships and coordinates activities to expedite liaising services;

  • Communicates with concerned governmental organizations for securinglicense renewal, visa, passport, work permits;

  • Facilitates, passport and visa requirements of employees and guests when required;

  • Handles bank, insurance, shipping, customs and other formalities necessary for the importing and clearing of goods;

  • Maintains proper filing for all consignments cleared from customs;

  • Facilitates settlement of house rent, utility payment, airline tickets, andinsurance payments;

  • Collects and delivers postages; newsletters, magazines from post office and other agencies;

  • Prepares periodic performance report and submit to his/her immediate supervisor;

  • Performs other similar duties as assigned by his immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Requirements 

  • College Diploma in Business Management/Logistic Management or other related field of studies with a minimum of 4 years direct work experience in construction, merchandize or real estate sector.
