Job Description
Habesha Breweries S.C. is looking to hire Liasion Officer through a third-party agency. The employment contract will be concluded with the third-party Agency and not with Habesha Breweries.
The Role Summary:
Working with the team, the post holder:
Make sure of on-time delivery of authorized documents and information to the organization
Establish and maintain professional contacts with relevant authorities, depending on the context and the needs.
Facilitate communication between Habesha management and external parties for the conclusion of different agreements.
Procure and renew passports, visas, work permits, and foreigners’ registration books (residence permits);
Maintain records of valid passports and several journey visa holders;
Notify the line manager of the expiry of passports & visas of their crew members;
Renew Bussines Licence
Job Requirements
BA Degree in any discipline
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
Customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team
Excellent representational skills
Good command of English language
Preferably 1-year experience in the role
