Job Requirement

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Management Information Systems or Information Technology and similar field of study.

Experience: 5/Five years of experience in the banking industry of which 2/two years as It Risk Management Officer.

Essential Functionality:

• Develop IT risk management policies, procedures/guidelines, program and plan of the Bank;

• Identify, assess, measure and monitor IT risk related to the Bank’s various activities and recommend mitigation mechanisms;

• Monitor IT related risk in the Bank’s by analyzing the changes in the Bank’s risk profile;

• Review/conduct penetration testing and assess the Bank’s capacity to manage cyber-attacks;

• Formulate and implement a coherent and rational comprehensive solution strategy for various information security threats;

• Identify areas that are vulnerable to IT risks so that timely action can be taken to strengthen existing mitigation mechanism and minimize losses and, if necessary, recommend alternative risk mitigation mechanisms;
