We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Lead Generator to join our sales and marketing team. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with them, and gathering their contact information for our sales team to follow up on.

Responsibilities:

- Use various tactics such as online advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and more to attract potential customers.

- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals.

- Identify and qualify potential customers by gathering information about their needs, interests, and purchasing behavior.

- Create and maintain a database of potential customers, including their contact information and relevant details.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly nurtured and followed up on in a timely manner.

- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities.

Skills:

- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of CRM software and lead management systems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
