Job Description
Receive, store, and dispatch materials following guidelines and company policy. Responsible for receiving and recording of new stock as it comes in, and issuing as it leaves the store; monitor stock levels at the warehouse and proactively report to replenish stock.
Properly receive and issue items following company procedures.
Handle the receipt, storage and dispatch of materials, and products.
Store items in a way that maximizes storage efficiency, record of stock and ascertain accuracy of physical count.
Keep correct stock balance.
Make sure that all received GRN and all issues are checked out with approved store requisitions and SIVs.
Report stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and report to supervisor.
Prepare and put Bin Cards on all items in store in which the Bin Cards indicate locations and the quantity balances.
Maintain store records such as issuing, receiving, purchase order etc. for reference purpose.
Take physical inventories of stock; reconciles physical counts against card balance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsible to verify receipt of all materials arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity and Quality
Education: Degree/Diploma in Supply Management, or related Experience: For Degree 2 Years and for Diploma 4 Years of related experience
