Job Description 

An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company - Ethiopia for the role of Regional Sales Manager. The position is structured to report to the Sales Manager and is responsible to deliver volume and revenue growth by effectively managing the Sales team, implementing of business plans and delivering Customer Service Excellence.

• Execution of Sales & Marketing Business Plan

• Execution of Sales & Marketing Finance Routines

Sales execution

• Channel Development & Execution of Picture of Success

• Promotional Programs and Activities

• Demand Planning

• Key Project Management

• Formulate and Manage Budget

• Drive execution standards across all channels

• Ensure execution of Cooler Management

• Ensure business plan by channel by outlet.

• Promotional Programs and Activities: Implement National Calendar

Skills, Experience & Education 

Job Requirement

• First Degree in Marketing Management/ Management/ Economics/ Business Administration or related field of studies with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in sales and marketing of which 2 years in a managerial position.

• Must have a valid minimum Auto / Dry 1 driving license

General
