Job Description
The Senior ITSM Officer works on IT Service Management efforts and initiatives with general oversight. Responsible for one or more ITSM processes. Manages assigned processes end-to-end from making changes in the processes to providing input on processes strategy.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Information Science, Information Technology or other related fields with six (6) years of relevant experience.
Job Location: Head Office
Registration Place: Head Office (Bole, Dembel City Center 4th Floor(Kindly use lift no.06))
Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme
Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period
Registration Deadline: March 01, 2023.
