Job Description
Plans, directs, and administers various HR programs and projects
Provides guidance and counsel to the HR team, department heads, managers, and employees when complex, sensitive, and specialized questions and/or issues arise
Oversees annual performance review, merit, and goal-setting process
Conducts new hire check-in and exit interviews
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law to ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Maintains, reviews, and updates internal policies, procedures and practices in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Investigates employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings and terminations
Oversees unemployment claims and verification of employment processes
Required Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, labor relations, organization development, or a related field preferred
Must have at least 5 years of relevant Human Resources Experience
