Job Description

Job Summery

  • Plans, directs, and administers various HR programs and projects

  • Provides guidance and counsel to the HR team, department heads, managers, and employees when complex, sensitive, and specialized questions and/or issues arise

  • Oversees annual performance review, merit, and goal-setting process

  • Conducts new hire check-in and exit interviews

  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law to ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

  • Maintains, reviews, and updates internal policies, procedures and practices in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  • Investigates employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution

  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings and terminations

  • Oversees unemployment claims and verification of employment processes

Job Requirement

  • Required Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, labor relations, organization development, or a related field preferred

  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant Human Resources Experience
