Job Description

Serve as a liaison between Corporate Human Resource Department and the Agricultural sector on matters of administrative and related work assignments. Organises, directs, coordinates and administers the various activities of administrative services including but not limited to clerical duties, updating records, drafting letters and maintaining files.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily tasks of the farm by providing administrative and clerical support.

  • Keeps format, forms, and other records of the farm and their proper utilisation.

  • Gives administrative support to the operational manager, receiving and handling information, and organising administrative duties.

  • Do field visits and compile reports on different activities.

  • Ensures the availability of personnel, office machines, supplies and accessories needed for the smooth and efficient operations of the farm.

  • Manages farm security and cleanliness.

  • Manages time-sheet and attendance.

  • In codes the required personnel and financial data and reports to the concerned departments for approval and updates records and present when needed.

  • Receives and reviews reports and complaints from guard and cleaners and takes appropriate action; checks that the daily information is recorded in the daily register book.

  • Receives and reviews disciplinary cases and takes appropriate measures in accordance with the regulation of the company.

  • Performs document reproduction filing and dispatches and keeps the confidentiality of documents.

  • Drafts correspondence related to the division.

  • Computes hours worked by the staff and labours.

  • Performs other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education: Degree or Diploma in Management, Finance or related.

Experience: 2/4 years related.
