Responsibilities and Duties  

• Processing orders

• Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices

• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

• Maintain and update sales and customer records

• Communicate pre-sales and after-sales important feedback from customers internally and conduct 

Job Requirements

Qualification

• At least two years of sales experience

• University or above education level with marketing or business background and/or relevant major

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator for two year or above

• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

• Excellent Customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• A team with high level of dedication

• Can communicate in English on WeChat
