• Being a driving force and leading the team within the department.

• Sustain relationships with existing agents and agencies.

• Monitor the effective placement of advertisements in reference to the placement order/schedule.

• Arrange fluent planning, scheduling, tracking, and executing of a project

• Develop a business development strategy for the team that includes consistent tracking of and planning for new orders with various current and future clients

• Prioritizing multiple tasks, taking initiative, resolving conflicts, being creative, coordinating, and reporting

• Participate in intra-group collaboration and coordination related to business development and strategic planning

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidates must be enthusiastic, high-energy, and goal driven

• Bachelor’s Degree in business Administration, Marketing management or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in the media industry.

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, etc

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and written skills with ability and strengthen industry relationship
