• Facilitate the implementation of the overall LCC project activities as per project design document and schedules. This includes facilitating and conducting trainings planned by LCCP to Churches, FBOs, CBOs, and other beneficiaries in collaboration with relevant partners.

• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of LCCP activities and identify and document best practices and success stories of project. Closely follow up/monitor and provide feedback to the concerned bodies for documentation and take action if necessary.

• Organize and prepare quality progress reports as required (monthly, quarterly, biannually and annually) that clearly show/narrate the activities executed within the reporting period and impacts achieved as a result of interventions ensuring that reporting requirements are met and submitted on time and in high quality.

• Prepare purchase plan aligning with annual plan, fill PRs and submit to AP and/or HUB purchase committee.

• Create networking and partnership with relevant partners (churches, FBO/CBO, FBF and other stakeholders) to enhance the project implementation process at woreda and kebele level.

• Conduct regular meeting with religious forums, Churches, FBOs and other stakeholders on progress of planned activities.

• Enforce stewardship by ensuring efficient and effective utilization of project resources for the intended purpose in the project. Provide overall budget monitoring and expenses control including compliance with minimum WVE and donor requirements.

• Closely work and network with zonal and district level concerned stakeholders for planning, implementation, reporting and documentation.

• Engagement in teamwork with other LCCP APs/Cities and other sectors of AP/HUB.

Job Requirements

Required Professional Experience

• 5+ years of relevant work experience

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification.

• BA in Theology, Education or Social Sciences

• Theological training for those with non-Theological degrees

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

• BA in Theology, Religious Studies, Education, Development Studies and/or Social Sciences

• Additional training in Theology, Leadership or Religious Studies for non-theological graduates or a combination of educational training and ministry experience in the region
