The Finishing Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day running of the project, reporting to the Project Manager. He/ She manages sub-contractors and on-site personnel driving the project through to successful completion on time, within budget and adhering to the highest standards as required by the Employer.

Job Requirement

• Qualification:  TVET Level 4 or Diploma in Construction works or related fields

Additional Skills & Work Experience :

• 5 Years and above’ Experience in building Finishing Works

• Have experience of Complete at least one project is mandatory.

• Work in real-estate project is preferable
