Job Description

Using General directives organizes and manages the inputs stores.  Receives all input materials using goods receiving voucher and issue to the concerned department by issue voucher. Conducts periodic goods inventory.  Administer all the satellite input stores. Checks the quantity and quality of the inputs whether they are to the standard.  Check the stock card and the vouchers done by the store clerk.  Prepares periodic reports.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures the proper arrangement of inputs and packing materials.

  • prepare goods receiving voucher to the incoming materials and issue voucher when materials are issued after the approval of his/her supervisor. Ensure that materials are issued as per FIFO and/or LIFO

  • Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase order; process and distribute documentation with purchase invoice; report and document truck damages and discrepancies on order received.

  • Makes intra- and inter-company deliveries of requested items and maintain records of all deliveries.

  • Arrange all materials according to their compatibility and type of use

  • Put a label of each material which includes: material description, supplier, order number, unit, Quantity, receiving date, expiry date, and shelf position.

  • Control the quantity and quality of incoming materials and report to his/her supervisor when there is a discrepancy

  • Control and take periodic inventory

  • Maintains the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.

  • Ensure all materials are placed on pallet and in their respective shelves

  • Ensure all cold room materials are inside the cold room and control the temperature in the range of 4-100C

  • Organize and control the satellite store input.

  • Facilitate different trainings for the worker under his/her to have appropriate skill for the job. Follow the personal and environmental hygiene practice of the workers.

  • Discuss with his/her immediate boss about workers that have discipline problem to take appropriate measure.

  • Give all necessary information about his/her job whenever asked

  • Do other duties which will be given from his immediate boss.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistic and supply chain Management/ Accounting or related fields of study

  • Fresh Graduate for  Bachelor’s degree and more than 2 years’ experience in brewing for Diploma
