Job Description
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing programs across various channels and conducting market research, analyzing trends to help determine the Bank's marketing strategy and providing advice on how to best reach the target market. In addition, the role holder is responsible for designing and recommending marketing and advertisement materials and follow-up implementation as per the approved policies, procedures, and guidelines
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management and/or related fields.
Master’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management and/or related fields is an added advantage
Professional qualification(s) in Marketing e.g. CIM or equivalent is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of six (6) years’ relevant experience

Knowledge of Digital/Online/Social Media strategy, audience management and analytics.
Keep track of fast-paced markets and be knowledgeable about the Bank’s clients and their needs.
Creative design skills with the ability to interpret and influence design and advertising work to deliver on the spirit and feel of the brand.
Ability to: draft and co-ordinate production of corporate literature and presentations, corporate award submissions, concept papers, company publications, press releases, and other public communication in electronic and hard copy format.
Project management skills.
