Roles:

1.      Plans, organizes, directs, and controls business development, market research, promotion, publicity, market expansion and business development activities of the company;

2.      Designs a markets strategy that is aligned with the corporate strategy and business assessment results;

3.      Conducts surveys and market research on automotive, machinery parts, services, and equipment that the company is engaged in and proposes  marketing strategies based on research findings and following up their implementation on those strategies upon approval;

4.      Coordinates studies related to investment and the progressive expansion of business;

5.      Seeks out, investigates, and evaluates opportunities; provides advice on the course of action to be taken considering economic, technological, and other business environment changes prevailing at any particular time;

6.      Undertakes market research, and overall internal and external environment assessment, SWOT analysis to assess client needs, potential market, competitive operations and to identify gaps and propose alternative remedial courses of action;

7.      Conducts studies, devises, and implements effective sales and service rendering techniques that enhance the revenue and market share of the company;

8.      Prepares business development and marketing procedures and guidelines and ensuring enforcement upon approval;

Job Requirements

M.A/BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, Business Development, or other related field of study.
