Job Description
A Corporate Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for maintaining the relationship between the clients of a value-added reseller (VAR) and the VAR. In this role, a CAM may be responsible for an entire portfolio of client relationships in multiple locations.
Marketing, Sales, Business administration, or Economics Degree, or relevant degree with over 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer/account management.
Post-graduate certification in Sales & Marketing, and business administration will be an added advantage.
Exposure in Service and/or Customer management for major corporate clients, commercially savvy with a detailed understanding of the technologies the company is selling and issues that typically arise
Industry certifications would be an added advantage (ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCSE, CCNA etc.)
Understanding of English and local language both written and spoken.
Literacy in basic computer applications such as MS word, excel, outlook, etc.
Ability to cope with pressure from customers while delivering quality service.
Ability to accurately perform cash transactions.
Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services.
Good listening and critical problem-solving skills.
Well-developed presentation skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
Customer handling, Account management and customer retention skills
