The Planning and Budget Expert will support the operational and financial plan execution of development, including job performance, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. The expert performs a variety of plan evaluations, analyses, and reports in support of the implementation processes of all departments' plans and assists the CEO by producing the consolidated report.

 Duties and Responsibility 

• Coordinating and assisting the management team to design and provide supporting research for the strategic plan's implementation

• Prepare budget reports and submit recommendations for approval from the CEO, and coordinate with departments to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program or project changes.

• Collect the necessary data to create yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly reports.

• Develop an annual budget and program strategy.

• Monitor budget transfer activity throughout the year by ensuring proper documentation and reporting analysis.

• Prepare budget reports and submit recommendations for approval of the budget request;

• Provide advice and technical assistance with planning, cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budgeting.

• Assist the departments in the planning and preparation of the performance report.

Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare the operational programs with the financial requests and explore alternative financing methods

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• Master's (MSC/MA) or Bachelor's (BSC/BA) Degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, and Business Management

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years for a master's degree or 6 years for a bachelor's degree of work experience in a related field
