We invite qualified applicants for the position of Fuel Coordinator at one of our clients Huawei Technologies Ethiopia PLC. 

The Fuel Coordinator is Responsible for

• Planning the refueling of all the sites in his region according to standard agreed :- Ensure all sites in the region are having the acceptable fuel level agreed with the customer.

• Ensure the refueling process is respected by all the parties and highlight/resolve any breach in the process that may occur.

• Reporting of fuel usage :- Provide an analysis report with regard to the site consumption vs the running hours and highlight any gap that may need to be investigated.

• Blocking points escalation:- Escalate on timely manner every risk that may occur and have issue on the refueling process (access issue, fuel unavailability, issue with the bowsers, issue with hoses,….

• Compliance with all process :- Ensure compliance with all processes (government, SFC, Huawei, partners)

• Decisions making power :- All decisions related to refuelling activities of the regional network according to agreed specifications.

Work Place: Jigjiga and Diredawa

Job Requirements

Qualification

Educational Qualification

• BSc Engineering, Telecommunications with 1 Year experience.

Experience

• Have a good background in working in operations overall.

• Work at the telecommunication industry, preferably in the Field Network Operations

Skills and knowledge required

• GENERIC: analytical skills, basic management skills, good written and verbal communications,

• JOB SPECIFIC: enforcement of high level of discipline. Work under high pressure. 

• Strong Background in working in operations/Planning must know very well Microsoft Excel. Self-motivated, team worker, good communicator, innovative, solution maker.

• Knowing the generators functioning

Language Skill: -    Fluent in English language
