Job Description
Purpose of the job
Manage all activities on bottling. Follow up overall bottling production. Manage the packaging process, applying the Company’s Rules, Standards & Procedures. Monitor process and product parameters, ensuring respect of specifications. Maintain a good and healthy work environment in the section.
Main duties & responsibilities
Manage the packaging process, applying the Company’s Rules, Standards & Procedures
Monitor process and product parameters, ensuring respect of specifications
Actively collaborate with the Quality Department in order to interpret results (also making use of statistic tools) and use them as a leverage for improvement
Monitor and reduce down times whenever possible
Monitor and reduces extract losses whenever possible, collaborating with production stuff
Ensure sampling plan is applied by packaging operators
Ensures checking of the process control sheet for shift leaders, mechanics, electrician’s, operators
Ensure plant is operated according to the suppliers’ instructions and manuals
Ensure plant is effectively maintained and planned maintenance is applied
Prepare recovery plans, if necessary
Manage modifications of process control and installation, ensuring respective manuals is updated.
Ensure and facilitate implementation of Company systems
Ensures production is going according to the forecast.
Ensures that ordering the necessary raw material needed for weekly production.
Ensure collaborating with technique department to ask the man power during maintenance date.
Minimizing the down time and maximizing the efficiency of the line
Follow up of the work done by all other staffs in bottling
Ensure plant operation is carried out respecting safety rules and regulations
Proactively manage safety of contractors together with the Engineers and colleagues from Technical Department
Make sure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards in the Packaging Department
Contribute to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy
Bachelor degrees 8 to 10 years experience
Ability to read drawings and procedures high standard materials with minimal supervision
Good competence skill in particular pack Office , AUTO CAD ,
Have the ability to work under pressure when required
Ability to anticipate and rapid decision making
Team player with good communication skills
Sound judgement informed by extensive practical knowledge and experience
Able to handle conflict and resolve differences of opinion
