Job Description

Change Management Expert apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people impacts of change due to process development/transformation and/or technology implementation; diagnose, design, implement, and assess change management strategies and plans

Job Requirements

Educational Background: BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business-related fields

Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Language proficiency: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Afan Oromo, Amharic and English are Mandatory.
