Job Description

Associate IT Service Desk Officers provide IT support to computer users either in person or remotely. They assist people in the proper use of computers and work to solve problems for users as they arise. Service Desk Officers need good communication skills in addition to technical knowledge of modern computer systems.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: BA in Administrative Service Management & Technology System / IT / Marketing (Knowledge of additional foreign languages, other than English, is advantageous)

  • Work Experience: 1 year as Junior IT Service Desk Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 1 year as Associate IT Service Desk Officer or equivalent experience
