Receptionists are responsible for the reception area of a business. They answer the phone, greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries and instruct visitors. They are the first point of contact for clients and customers.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in secretarial science, social science, or any related field with two years of experience as receptionist, customer service or other related positions
Diploma in secretarial science, social science, or any related field with four years of experience as receptionist, customer service or other related positions
SKILL
Proficiency in Microsoft office,
Proficiency in using internet
Advanced level of English
