Job Description
A Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members. They also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time.
Education: BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration & Development Management, or related fields.
Experience: One year proved & relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Knowledge & Skill:
Excellent communication skills and personality.
Written & Spoken English language Proficiency.
Excellent computer skills.
