Job Description

Documentation/Filing Clerk organizes and archives records and documents. Makes copies of paperwork and distributes as needed. Retrieves data and files for other departments and personnel. Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and electronic records documents.

Job Requirement

Education: Diploma in any field.

Experience: Two years proven & relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.

Knowledge & Skill:

  • Excellent communication skills and personality.

  • Written & Spoken English language Proficiency.

  • Excellent computer skills.
