Job Requirements

  • Academic Background: - BSc in Architecture

    Required software skills: -

  • CANDIDATES should have good working knowledge of the following software’s
    3DsMax V-ray rendering, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop Post production

  • Experience: -must have a 5 year and above on interior design is mandatory


REQUIRED SKILL

  • Candidates should be self-sufficient and work independently.

  • Candidates should be able to prepare bill of quantities for the design works to determine basic cost of the projects and prepare preliminary execution schedule for the construction

  • Candidates should be able to produce 3D models, working drawings, specifications, illustrations, animations and other tasks as delegated by the company.

  • Candidates should have a good experience on space planning, interior design & presentation, etc...

  • Candidates are also required to have working knowledge on Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines  to prepare detail drawings as well as working drawings.

  • Candidates should have adequate knowledge of building materials which will be used for architectural and interior design works

  • Candidates should Manage project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
