Job Description
Essential Functions
Monitor all aspects of risk, including monitoring of advances portfolio, strict adherence to the provisions of the credit policy document to ensure minimal losses to the Bank.
Provide technical, procedural and policy guidance to subordinates and branches.
Ensure that human and other resources are at the optimal level for the efficient
Operation of branches.
Approve loans & advances as well as expenses within the discretionary limit
Ensure that discrepancies and irregularities identified by staff at branch operations are rectified timely.
Follow up on customer complaints and staff grievances are given due consider by branches
Monitor progress towards achieving targets on a regular basis, at least monthly
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Gondar, Dessie, Adama
Job Requirements
Qualification
MBA/BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics or any other related field.
Experience
Ten (10) years of relevant Banking experience, of which three (3) years in managerial position.
