• Propose and deploy new channel features,

• Proactively identify changes and technical enhancements to increase customer experience

• Lead digital business development

• Closely work with finches and aggregators(vendors)

• Design and implement cost effective delivery of digital banking operation 

• Develop and maintain digital banking policies and procedures 

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

MA, MSc, BA, BSC in Information Technology, Marketing,  Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration, computer science, or related fields

Work Experience

9/7 years of experience in relevant fields in the banking industry and /or Financial technology company, of which 2 years as team leader or section head, or 3 years as Principal digital banking officer or equivalent position in digital banking areas.
